As an Insurance Agent, I consider myself to be a “Liabilities Coach” for my clients.  My work is dedicated to meeting then exceeding my customer’s needs.  I have trained staff to carry out the day to day activities for my agency to run on its own.  While overseeing that my agency runs efficiently my top priority is always working customer retention by staying on top of any changes in their life to ensure they have the correct coverage.  My specialty is taking the necessary time to help pre-plan for all of many “what if’s” in the lives of my clients.  I have a particular passion for creating and implementing marketing programs to help deliver my message.
